The carrying capacity, configuration, range requirements, and charging windows of vehicles vary from fleet to fleet and site to site. The existing electrical supplies, available local grid capacity, and existing distribution infrastructure also vary from site to site.

After initial project discussions with a Key Account Manager, customers are connected with our Development and Construction team to take the first step on their end-to-end electrification journey. During this process the team will run an introduction call to gain an initial understanding of the workings of the customer’s depots. This information will help tailor our delivery process outlined below ensuring the smooth electrification of your site.

During the Development phase, our goal is to understand various customer electrification needs by presenting a personalised scheme, offering consultations on available options. We develop and deliver Health & Safety documentation to ensure we’re CDM compliant with the Construction Design Management Regulations 2015. This will include Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) and Construction Phase Planning (CPP) detailing our work and how we will deliver the project safely.

Our expertise supports clients with CDM requirements and provides the necessary infrastructure for equipment selection, preventive maintenance visits, and parts supply to ensure uninterrupted operation. Our goals are focused on delivering standardised, buildable projects providing cost certainty, aligning with client expectations and grant requirements. To ease the process for customers, we provide dedicated project managers, ensuring clear communication and effective project management throughout.
Delivery Handover

Upon project completion, you will receive commissioning documents and a comprehensive handover pack, which include all the required certification documentation and as-built drawings. On top of this, your assigned DPM will provide a thorough walkthrough of the site and familiarise you with your new charging infrastructure. Our support doesn’t stop there; your account manager will still be available to assist throughout the lifecycle of your electrified fleet.
